The Education System will be funded through a network of industries it will oversee. The main funding sources will be the licensing of commercial patent and the revenues generated by the Agro-Industrial Complex engineered and managed by the educational institutions.
Education Policy Framework and Student Learning Objectives:

Learning to lead by example. Taking initiatives and making decision in the best interest of the group. Negotiation + Conflict Resolution.
Part of the curriculum will be built based on the student's interests and aptitudes. Flexible and assisted designed curriculum. Student Centered Education as well as Practical Training and Applied Studies. 50% Lecture + 50% Hands-on activity-based education.
Developing Emotional Intelligence. The student will learn to be fully aware of their emotion and make better decision in interpersonal relations. Mastering communication skills, public speaking, teamwork, problem solving.

– The Colleges, Universities, and Institutes of Higher Education in the African continent will develop new technologies and patents useful for the prosperity of Africans and the rest of the world.
– The patents will be commercially exploited to fuel our industries and our economy. The royalties generated will be used to finance, build, maintain the schools, and pay the staff.
Funding the Research & Development will be done by collecting a 5% royalties from licensing the patent commercially exploited on the continent.
The children of Africa will also have the opportunity to finance the Research & Development with the possibility to collect royalties on their investment.
– Schools and Professional Development Institutes will be funded in part by a system of farms where the students will learn how to grow the very food they will be eating for lunch each day.
– The remainder will be sold in the local market. The proceeds will be used to finance and maintain the school, as well as paying the staff.
The student will develop farming skills. Multiple technics as well as multiple variety of crops to grow, seafood, poultry, and livestock to raise will be taught.
Both the produce cultivated on the farm and the crops will be utilized for the school lunch, catering to both students and staff members.
The schools will sell the excess production and use the profits to finance and sustain its operation.
The school develop new methods of generating income without losing its primary purpose: Developing citizens ready to tackle the challenges of their time.
Education must be designed and built around the student, his interests, his skills and abilities synchronized with the evolution of our society. It is an integration of every component of society the student faces and interacts with during his lifetime. Each part must be an intrinsic component of his personnel development. The goal being training and shaping the student to thrive in society, provide for himself and his family, bringing his contribution to the progress of our community. The Student, the Parents, the Teachers, the Administrative Support, the Government, the Labor Market, and the Community.
The student is at the center of the Education System. Everything is designed around the student, his needs, his abilities, and his prosperity. A well-trained and well-intentioned individual is a valuable asset for himself, his family, and our Motherland.
It is our responsibility to instill in the heart of the students the love for learning and developing valuable set of skill he can use to advance his life and society.
The parents represent another important component of the educational and personal development of the student. The parents are responsible for teaching appropriate manners to help the child navigate in his early age as a social being. Parents are expected to be in regular communication with the teacher of their child and any minor in their custody.
To better collaborate with the other component, parents will be trained to guide academically their children to better collaborate with the other shareholders of the Education System.

This branch is made of Academic counselors, Special education experts, Community outreach staff, Medical staff, School principal. This group serves as a relay between the government and the other components of the Education System.
The Admin Support group will collect a massive amount of data about the student's activities to guide him toward a training that will better suit his interests, skills, and abilities based on his progress.
The government will oversee and hold accountable every actor of the Education System. The government bring together regularly each actor to gather, evaluate, and analyze the information collected to improve the Education System.
The Education System will be a reflection of the needs and evolution of the labor Market and the Policies set by the local and central governments as well as the aspiration of the community.
Government Administration and Private Companies will present to the students on a regular basis information about the functioning of their organization. The students will learn more about the organization that constitute the economic tissue of their city. The Labor Market will provide valuable data about the skills needed to run their organization in the current and projected state of the Market.
This component represents anything else the student interacts with outside of school. It includes - but is not limited to - religious organizations the student attends, sports and leisure activities, volunteering opportunities, and anything else that fosters creative and leadership skills in the life of the student.
The student will be trained to develop Critical Thinking geared toward problem-solving and community development.
The student will learn to turn Community issues into opportunities.

The types of institutions to develop will consist of Private schools, Public schools, Leadership academies, Technology institute, and Vocational School.

We select a pool of investors who share the love of Africa and the values of the African Manifesto. The funds are used to create a private institute based on the core values of the African Manifesto as outlined in this website.

The schools will be funded by investors from the Diaspora wanting to invest in African education and the children of Africa already living on the continent.
The first half (50%) of the profit will be used to reinvest in the expansion of the school and the building of new schools projects.
The second half (50%) of the profit will be sent to the investors according to the calendar established.
