Exponential Economic Possibilities
Africa is still in majority a blank canvas. Everything is to be built. The children of Africa have the greatest opportunity to create a thriving civilization after observing the good, the bad and the ugly experimented all around the world.
The Reserve Bank
The Reserve Bank (Central Bank) will regulate the African economic and monetary policies. The Reserve Bank will be responsible for the creation of the African currency and the guarantee of a stable money supply throughout the entire Economy..
African Currency
The value of the African currency will be backed by our natural resources and our economic powerhouse. The AfraCrown will be backed by our Gold, Diamonds and Rare Earth, and other natural resources. The currency will be secured with a blockchain technology made by Africa, for Africans.

Transforming Our Natural Resources
Mastering The Entire Mining Industry
Understanding and mastering the Supply Chain Workflow of the mining industry; from extracting our Natural Resources to the manufacturing of the final product.

- Research & Development to improve the mining industry.
- The Mining Industry is solely reserved to the African companies owned by African (with majority ownership required).
- We Africans set the price of our natural resources.
- Self-funded transformation (no international loan). Anything Africa cannot transform from our own resources will be kept in Nature for the next generations.
Prospection + Extraction
5% of Africa's GDP will be dedicated to the prospection, extraction, R&D, study, and application of our natural resources. The necessary Funding will be made with the participation of all the children of Africa.
Stock Exchange
Protectionism: It shall be cheaper to transform the raw material on the African continent than buying raw materials for export. The government control a strict quota on the export of our raw materials.
Education + Transformation
The totality of the raw material extracted from Africa shall be transform by African industries on African land. Educational Institutions will train and equip our workforce to rise above the challenges.

Creating a framework of policies designed to shield our industries from unfair and or unsafe foreign competition.

- Energy, Transportation, Data, Computing Technology, Telecommunication, Media, Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, and Defense are sectors to be protected from foreign competition in order to build a thriving continental market for the benefit and prosperity of the children of Africa.
Government Investment
The African private sector will work closely with the government to develop the entire industrial ecosystems. The African government will grant special licenses to companies who meet the standards to reach local markets by turning them into captains of industries. Companies must be fully owned by all their workers.
Government Contracts
Public procurement contracts will be granted to the best national industries through a fair and transparent bidding process. Half of the bids will be granted to African owned small businesses while the other half to African owned Big companies. Companies must be fully owned by all their workers.
Limited Global Competition
Foreign products and services will be subject to a special Three Hundred Percent Welcome Tariff. The goal is to give opportunities to our young industries to blossom.
Funding + Tax Incentives
Making access to capital a reality to companies who meets the qualification threshold. Developing tax incentives for companies operating in particular sector of the economy.

Digital Highway Infrastructure
Open Internet Freeway
Africa will develop a network of free internet in order to foster the exchange of data, among african citizen, companies, organizations, and governmental agencies. Such infrastructure will boost millions of Africans into a new era of opportunities in Education, Healthcare, Banking, and much more.

- Creation of the African Mesh Network. The initiative will create policies that facilitate the development of the Open Internet Freeway. It will also facilitate a set of policies allowing local communities to establish their own free wi-fi zone.
- The African Mesh Network will also provide the plans, the architecture, and the necessary equipment to deploy a network, manufacture and distribute the ready-made kits necessary to accomplish such purpose.
Technology Institute
Training and developing telecom engineers capable of designing and inventing the African Network Infrastructure, ushering the next generations into new frontiers.
Network Security Agency
Africa Network security is a matter of National security. The Network Security Agency will remove any threat from Africa's Networks. The creation of the FireWall is one of its components.
Free Wi-Fi & Data
The benefits of making Data and Wifi available to the children of Africa free of charge is greater than its costs. Whether in the Education Sector, the Public Administration, the Business Opportunities are almost endless.
Telecom Technology
Special Budgets will be set aside to build Factories in the Telecom sector. Thus, the "Made in Africa" Wi-Fi and Networking equipments will be used to deploy and maintain our own network. This isa matter of National Security.

Co.op Based Economy
Cooperative Business Model
The Cooperative Business Model will be promoted in Africa as “one” of the methods selected to eradicate poverty and promote equity in our Motherland.

- The workers in the Business Cooperative will equality share the company’s profit among them. The workers are the owners of the company.
- The salary of the workers will be based on their qualification, performance and output. These rules will be established and agreed upon by the cooperative members during the creation of the business.
- The decisions in the company are made by the vote of the entire workforce (quorum guidelines may apply). The “One Member One Vote” policy will be applied during the life ot the organisation (Each member equal one vote).
Profit Sharing
Each employee equally shares in the profits generated by the Business Cooperative.
Tax Incentive
Business Coop will receive a tax incentive. The company will be granted a 20% of tax abatement during its first 10 years of operation.
Democracy @ Work
The workers vote the important decisions made by the company. Such method will protect workers from profit motivated layoffs. Employe loses ownership when leaving or retiring from the company.
Government Contract Advantage
The African Government as well as local governments will grant 100% of public contracts to African Business Cooperatives. Ownership cannot be owned by more than 50% by the same family and allies.

Food Security
Agro Cooperative Business Model
Creation of a network of self supported farms and Research Centers to level up the Agro-Industrial sector and meet the challenges facing Africa. These centers will replicate and adapt the Songhai farm model to the geographic realities of each region.

- Deploying hatcheries, producing and distributing seeds as well as natural fertilizers. Growing new breeds, teaching and promoting the Organic Farming philosophy and practices. Creation of the African Organic Farming Certification. This label will be developed to professionalize and standardize the best practices in Agriculture. As a result, maintaining and measuring “good quality” farming products throughout the Motherland will become a breeze.
- Deploying a Network of agro industries: Creating and developing machineries in collaboration with our local farmers as well as adapting foreign technologies to the African realities and specific needs.
- Deploying a Distribution Network of food grown and produced in the Motherland. Building a network of modern warehouses to stock the food, reduce waste, and streamline the Supply Chain.
- Empowering and Assisting in the creation of Food co-ops for the democratization of a broader participation of the workforce in the profit sharing mechanism of our civilization. Simply said: The farmers and the workers of the cooperatives will all share the profits in the wealth they created.
African Plant Nursery
Creation of a network of Plant Nurseries throughout the continent. The seeds and plants grown will support our farmers in feeding Africa.
African Hatchery
Creation of a network of Hatcheries throughout the continent. The eggs incubated will supply the network of farmers throughout the motherland.
Food Distribution Networks
Creation of a network of warehouses to assist farmers and food coops to store their crops and secure the nation's FoodStock.
Training & Technical Assistance
Training the professionals and aspiring farmers with the modern agricultural methods to ensure a continuity for the next generations.
