Policy One

Protecting the Motherland

The establishment of a Defense industry capable of manufacturing high-grade weapons and ammunition to insure the protection of our motherland against any foreign and domestic threat.

Foreign Threats

Each branch of our Motherland's Defense System will manage its own training academy and governing authorities.

Domestic Threats

Creation of a Police Force free from corruption, guaranteeing confidence in our Social Contract. We are going to secure every city, and countryside to ensure the safety and prosperity of our communities.

  • Installation of cameras on major streets.
  • Each officer shall be equipped with a body camera.
  • Officers shall not handle any monetary transactions during their duties in the field.
  • Citizen have the right to film the Police intervention as long as it does not interfere with their duty and does not endanger anyone's life.
  • Community Police will tightly operates with a Neighborhood Watch organization to keep crimes away from our communities.

Cybersecurity African FireWall

Creation of a Cybersecurity Agency to protect our networks from any foreign and domestic threats.

The Army will train a team of engineers (both civil and on-duty) to protect, maintain and innovate in cyberspace.

Cybersecurity Solutions for Civil usage will be developed and sold to balance the Agency's budget.

These branches of the Army are meant to protect the Motherland against any foreign and domestic threat.

Intel Agency Bureau

Secret Service and Intelligence gathering created to provide the necessary information to make the best decision for the interest of the Motherland.

Defense Industry

The Army will be responsible for developing a plethora of weapons and Defense System solely reserved to the Motherland.

The People Army

Preserving Freedom

The People's Army will help prevent the government to oppress the citizen, bringing balance to Power.

  • The People's Army has the duty of protecting the children of Africa from both foreign and domestic threats.
  • The People's Army has a sole duty to protect the lives of the citizens of Africa. The People's Army has the right and duty of stopping or ending an illegal arrest . The People's Army will also overseas lawyers to ensure that due process is respected.
  • The People's Army serves as a shield to allow people to safely voice their opinion in the streets whenever needed.
  • The People's Army ensures that no one is injured and no asset – whether public or private – is damaged during a protest.

Protecting Democracy

People are protected during protests. It is important for Democracy to have an Army Corps entirely dedicated to protect the rights of the Citizen to Freedom of Speech and Opinion.

Balance of Power

The governing authorities will no longer repress Protests, Freedom of Speech, and Freedom of Opinion without finding on their ways the People's Army.

Policy Four

AWA 2 — The African Warfare Agency

AWA 2 is the African Warfare Agency made of two principal poles. AWA 2 is in charge of developing and establishing one Defense System and one Military Doctrine for the prosperity of the Motherland. No foreign government or foreign private entity shall have any business or involvement of any kind with the AWA 2 .

The African Warfare Agency

The Agency coordinates all the military strategies necessary to protect the Motherland and ensure the other branches of our Defense System work together in complete synergy.

The African Warfare Academy

The African Warfare Academy is responsible to train and ensure that all the members of our Defense System are well-trained and abide to the African Manifest and the Doctrine of the Motherland. The Africa Warfare Academy overseas the Military Service.

Policy Five

Military Service

The Military Service will instill in the children of Africa life changing values such Discipline, Honesty, Love for our Motherland, a sense of purpose for the well-being and prosperity of oneself, our family, our communities, and our Motherland.

Eligibility

To enlist in the Military Service the candidate must be physically and mentally apt. Married women, pregnant women or nursing mothers are not eligible to enlist or to stay in the Military Service. The cadet must be an African citizen, and the citizenship must be attained 5 years before the beginning of the Service.

Age

The citizen between the age of 15 and 18 during the first 4 years of the launching phase of the Military Service. The cadets enlisted will be in their 15th year thereafter.

Duration

Unless exempted due to medical service, any citizen will serve for a period of 36 months (from 15 to 18 years).

Content

During the Service, the cadet will learn and develop combat skills, software skills, engineering skills, building skills, construction skills, farming skills, and industrial skills.

Skills & Diploma

After completing the Military Service, each citizen will be granted a Professional Diploma and would have acquired several marketable skills and an invaluable experience.

Perks

The cadets who complete their Military Service will be granted a 5-year free housing package on their last day of their 36-month duty.

The cadets will be trained and will build their own temporary housing during the Service. Our natural resources will be used to create sustainable and durable modern housing projects. The government will grant each cadet a home as a reward for their contribution in building the Motherland.

During the Military Service, the cadet will be involved in the building of Major Projects in the regions where they are being assigned:
